The Ukrainian Research Institute at Harvard (HURI) is a unit of Harvard University and is governed in its activities by the statute of the University. As such, all HURI publications are publications of Harvard University, and the copyright is owned by the President and Fellows of Harvard College.

Since its inception, the primary mission of HURI Publications has been the encouragement and dissemination of the highest caliber of scholarship in the field of Ukrainian studies. HURI’s publications program is conducted at the high standard of scholarship and editing that one would expect from Harvard.

Our book publications are reviewed internationally and are sold primarily through Harvard University Press, which guarantees an effective distribution of all books worldwide.
